Responsibilities & Duties

• Recommend improvements to departmental policy and support in the implementation of procedures and controls.

• Ensure proper implementation and control of group policies and procedures.

• Maintain sales agreements with client (ARAMCO) to meet respective terms and conditions and AQESA business objectives by ensuring high service level of delivery to customer

• Communicate with client (ARAMCO) to resolve any commercial or operational issue and achieve high inventory turnover and high receivable turnover

• Manage and oversee overall supply chain operations, including purchasing and inventory of materials as well as selection of vendors

• Recommend process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations

• Coordinate and resolve issues regarding existing and new products.

•  Interact with clients to ensure that all requirements are being met.

• Create, implement, and execute ESD Sales Plan.

•  Identify, qualify, and develop business relationships that facilitate client meetings and resolve the issues pertaining to ESD

• Develop, recommend, and implement strategic and tactical client sales plans and negotiate client sales agreements to maximize potential

•  Responsible for supplier relationships which enable ESD to offer client the breadth and depth of product to satisfy needs including preferred relationships with key manufacturers.

• Generate and maintain a credible forecast for ESD account and provide this information on a regular basis to Senior Management

• Serve as the primary customer contact for ESD.

• Participate in the implementation and the continual improvement of the quality management system ISO 9001:2008

• Perform other job-related projects and/or assignments that he/she might be asked to do by his/her direct supervisor/manager for special assistance that are often not mentioned in this job description as they arise under specific circumstances.
