Job Description

Manage all the billing for Starlinks with major focus on activity billing. Co-ordinate with operations team to make sure every service provided to customers is billed.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Create and manage end to end invoice preparation and issuance process across all divisions and ensure accurate invoices are issued to customers on timely basis
• Analyze operational activities to ensure all invoicing and billing is done in accordance with actual activities to ensure no lost revenue occurs.
• Ensure accuracy in billing process.
• Develop processes to capture all invoicing and revenue protection activities and ensure these are reflected on monthly invoices.
• Create and manage revenue performance dashboard across all divisions.
• Prepare sales/revenue reports by division, by region and by salesperson.
• Prepare standard templates to smoothen the invoice issuance process.
• Recommend and implement automation in the processes.
• Prepare COD reconciliation and communicate with the customer on timely basis.
• Prepare monthly reconciliation for revenue GL’s and make sure all transactions are posted and revenue is recorded.
• Support in year-end audit & make sure that auditors are provided with all relevant information to carry out the audit efficiently.
• Recommend improvements to departmental policy and support in the implementation of procedures and controls.
• Perform other job-related projects and/or assignments that he/she might be asked to do by his/her direct supervisor/manager for special assistance that is often not mentioned in this job description as they arise under specific circumstances.

Desired Experience:

• 2-5 years of experience
• Logistics and Supply chain experience preferred.
