Job Description

Identifying new business opportunities – connecting with key decision makers within the business and securing engagement with key decision makers. Pursuing these new sales prospects, understanding opportunities for Starlinks to support within our scope of logistics solutions, negotiating deals and most importantly closing new business.

Help meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth. The role involves face-to-face sales-based communications with customers.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Formulate/Recommend improvements to departmental policy and support in the implementation of procedures and controls
• Assess company policies and regulations and suggest changes when needed
• Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process
• Research, track, maintain business leads
• Make outgoing calls to develop new business
• Contact prospects to qualify leads
• Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects
• Research and maintain lead generation database
• Conduct customer research
• Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads
• Participate in the preparation of proposals and / or sales presentations
• Provide accurate and timely information to management
• Assist in conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Perform other job-related projects and/or assignments that he/she might be asked to do by his/her direct supervisor/manager for special assistance that is often not mentioned in this job description as they arise under specific circumstances

Desired Experience:

Fresh Graduate or 1 year of experience

Logistics and Supply chain experience is preferred
