Job Description

Identify needs and address clients’ requirements. Recommend solutions that optimize value for both customer and business. Support and collaborate with the sales team in revenue growth as a technical expert.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Engage with the client to fully understand the project requirements
  • Coordinate and negotiate with the vendors to get proposals and quotations
  • Collaborate with the sales support or key account management team by acting as a technical expert and responding to requests for information or requests for proposals from clients, supplying the technical details of proposed solutions
  • Propose solutions and draft the technical proposals in consultation with the Engineering team
  • Coordinate with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with clients’ business requirements
  • Collaborate to achieve the assigned shared sales target with Account Managers
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction
  • Support Sales department in making presentations for pitching clients
  • Act as sales support for sales consultants throughout the entire sales process
  • Manage post-sales through extending business with existing clients
  • Play key role in enhancing the level of partnership with vendors
  • Work with the after-sales team in handing over any pre-sales documentation and/or activities

 

Desired Experience:

  • 5 years of experience
  • Automation experience is preferred
