Job Description

To wind the wire coils in transformers, resistors, bobbins, field cores, bobbins, electrical motors, generators, control equipment.

Responsibilities & Duties

Recommend improvements to departmental policy and support in the implementation of procedures and controls

Compliance with applicable Company policies and safety procedures

Adapt with TME values (excellence, Agility, Respect, Transparency, Accountability, Drive)

Create a positive productive environment in daily activities

Achieve committed coils winding tasks on time with high quality

Ensure LV, MV, and HV stators winding

Ensure Brazing of coils leads connections and main lead cables

Support in Rotors manufacturing and winding (bars insertion, ring brazing, and poles looping)

Preserve tools/materials in allocated places in good condition

Safely use winding platforms and provide daily checks and periodic maintenance

Keep the winding area tidy and clean

Perform other job-related projects and/or assignments that he/she might be asked to do by his/her direct supervisor/manager for special assistance that are often not mentioned in this job description as they arise under specific circumstances

Desired Experience:

3 years of experience

Manufacturing of motor products experience is preferred
