Job Description

To assist the team in installation, testing, commissioning, inspection, trouble shooting, major overhauling, repair as per the agreed SLA.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Recommend improvements to departmental policy and support in the implementation of procedures and controls
• Assist the team in installation, testing, commissioning, inspection, trouble shooting, major overhauling, repair, and field balancing of motors
• Assist in testing all mechanical & electrical apparatus
• Ensure environmental impact of motor design ideas is as per benchmark practices
• Collaborate with internal resources and vendors to carry out solutions for motor rectification
• Assist in conducting troubleshooting and failure analysis on site or workshop
• Assist in managing the vendors claim and monitor work process till close the claim
• Assist the development of materials & product specifications for repair using research, analytical skills, conceptual and planning skills, and computer-aided design
• Prepare services cost estimates use in service quotations
• Maintain records and reporting systems for coordination of services operations
• Ensure the goals are able to cooperate with operations, Q/C, and supplies to clearly outline product specifications and discuss services process issues, by resolving service/repair problems in a timely manner
• Generate innovative ideas to propose and establish updated skills..
• Update industrial knowledge and technology to the service
• Perform other job-related projects and/or assignments that he/she might be asked to do by his/her direct supervisor/manager for special assistance that are often not mentioned in this job description as they arise under specific circumstances

 

Desired Experience:

• 2 -5 year of experience
• Manufacturing of motor products experience is preferred
